Boracay does not have its own international airport. Instead, travelers typically fly into either Kalibo International Airport or Caticlan Airport (also known as Godofredo P. Ramos Airport) when visiting Boracay.

  • Kalibo International Airport (KLO): This airport is located in Kalibo, Aklan, approximately 68 kilometers (42 miles) away from Boracay. It serves as a gateway to Boracay for international travelers, with flights from various cities in Asia.
  • Caticlan Airport (MPH): Also known as Godofredo P. Ramos Airport, this airport is much closer to Boracay, located in Malay, Aklan. From Caticlan, travelers can take a short boat ride to Boracay Island. Caticlan Airport primarily serves domestic flights, including connections from Manila and other Philippine cities.

Once you arrive at either Kalibo International Airport or Caticlan Airport, you can easily reach Boracay by taking a combination of land and sea transportation. From Kalibo, it typically involves a bus or van transfer to the Caticlan Jetty Port followed by a ferry or speedboat to Boracay. From Caticlan Airport, you can reach the Caticlan Jetty Port on foot or by tricycle, and then take a boat to Boracay.
