    Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Template: Download the official abstract submission template before preparing your abstract.
  • Language: Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Length: The abstract should be 200-250 words, written in a single paragraph.
  • Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document
  • Content:
  • Provide a concise and informative summary of your original work.

    Include a brief biography of the presenting author as per the template.

  • Formatting:
  • Title, author's names, and affiliations should be center-aligned.

    The presenting author's name must be underlined.

  • Submission: Upload your abstract through the designated submission portal.
  • Acknowledgment: You will receive an acknowledgment email within three working days after submission.
    Process of Evaluation
  • Submission: Authors submit their abstracts for evaluation.
  • Double-Blind Peer Review: The submission undergoes a rigorous review within 2-3 days.
  • Results Notification: Authors receive evaluation results within 2-4 days of submission.
  • Amendments (If Needed): A one-week window is provided for revisions and resubmission.
  • Reviewer Suggestions: If rejected, the manuscript is returned with detailed feedback for improvement.

  • Length: Manuscripts should be 6-8 pages long, formatted in single-column style.
  • Language: Ensure the manuscript is written in error-free English.
  • Visuals: Include high-quality tables, figures, and images with proper naming and labeling.
  • Keywords: Provide lowercase keywords, separated by commas (except for proper nouns and scientific names).
  • Affiliations: Mention the country along with the institution’s name in affiliations.

  • Objective: Clearly define the research aim.

  • Conclusions: Summarize insights and future directions.
  • Submission: After preparing your full paper as per the above instructions, submit your manuscript via the official submission portal.
