While we value your interest in volunteering, there are certain criteria we must keep in mind. We look for individuals who are passionate about our mission and have relevant expertise to contribute to our committee. Below are the requirements for becoming a committee member.
  • Professors/Deans/HoD’s
  • Associate Professor/Academicians with 8+ years of experience
  • Assistant Professors with 10+ years of experience
  • Editorial Board Members of Prestigious Journal
  • Journal Reviewers
  • Industrial Expertise with 8+ years of Experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conference Management: Oversee conference tasks and committee operations to ensure the successful execution of the program and scientific agenda.
  • Academic Enhancement: Identify and invite experts in relevant research areas to elevate the conference’s academic value.
  • Sponsorship & Exhibitions: Secure sponsors and exhibitors, and develop B2B opportunities to ensure financial support and engagement.
  • Program Planning: Ensure the program adheres to the planned dates and topics, and facilitate the inclusion of special guests and keynote speakers.
  • Session Organization: Coordinate interactive sessions and introduce moderators and speakers to foster engagement.

  • Keynote Speaker Coordination: Identify and invite prominent keynote speakers from relevant industries.
  • Conference Monitoring: Ensure conference proceedings stay on schedule and that session times are strictly followed.
  • Media & Communications: Collaborate with the project manager to monitor and evaluate media outlets and conference publicity.
