The 5th International Conference on Multi-Disciplinary Research Studies and Education (ICAKMPET-2023) hospitality committee provides information to conference participants as asked at the conference venue. This could include providing basic information, such as the organization's history, as well as responding to more specific requests made by participants. A committee can work with each other group within an organization to prepare and maintain a calendar of events. This calendar may be used when booking facility space as well as for keeping members abreast of community goings-on.
Assign volunteers to help with hospitality, registration, venue setup, and the conference on a rotating basis. Arrive early for meetings and organise event planners to ensure that the room has adequate tables and seats for the presiding officers, audience, presenters, and activities. Set up the hospitality table and check the equipment and supplies.
