The Organizing Committee of 3rd ICAKMPET--2022 makes all final decisions regarding the conference, including how roles and responsibilities are divided. They’re often responsible for selecting where the conference is held. Authority to decide the institutional partners, co-hosts and media partners of the conference and Authority to select the Keynote speakers, Program Chairs & decide the sessions.

Eligibility to represent on our Advisory committee:-

Dean/Director/Principal with Doctorate

Professor/HODs with 5+ years Experience

Associate Professor/Lecturer with 10+ years Experience

Industrial Professionals with 8+ years Experience

Research Experts

There are two types of advisory committees for the ICAKMPET- 2022. Professionals from the host country (Malaysia) will contribute to the national advisory board. Professionals from countries other than Malaysia will contribute to the International Advisory Board. Members of the advisory committee can contribute to the quality management and control of the conference's execution and flow. In the scientific session of our conference, the committee can present any creation. Committee members must be responsive in order to keep up with current research trends to improve the conference.

Advisory committee Authority to nominate speakers and Chairs of conference. create a student committee and assign tasks to that committee members committee. Responsibility to notify students, staff & Colleagues about the sessions, scientific programs, keynote talks and other academic activities scheduled in the conference and propose the venues and universities for sessions, plenary discussions and institutional visit. To recommend universities & institutions for academic partners.

Dean/Director/Principal with Doctorate

Professor/HODs with 10+ years Experience

Must be a Reviewer

Should be a Editorial Board Members of Prestigious Journal

Should have been on a review committee for 10+ International conferences

On our ICAKMPET-2022, three committees will be under the scientific committee: Review Committee, Technical Committee, and Editorial Committee.

Scientific committee to determine the important dates and deadlines for the conference related to paper submission, review, author notification, camera ready copies. Committee has Authority to develop the final conference program and judge abstracts for acceptance or rejection. The quality of conference promotional materials and information sources is governed by a scientific committee. To recommend that study subjects and scientific subtopics be included, as well as a segment of the audience that should be contacted and invited. In the scientific session of our conference, the committee can present any creation. Committee members must be responsive in order to keep up with current research trends to improve the conference.

Associate Professor/Lecturer with 5+ years Experience

Professionals from host country

The 5th International Conference on Multi-Disciplinary Research Studies and Education (ICMDRSE-2022) hospitality committee provides information to conference participants as asked at the conference venue. This could include providing basic information, such as the organization's history, as well as responding to more specific requests made by participants. A committee can work with each other group within an organization to prepare and maintain a calendar of events. This calendar may be used when booking facility space as well as for keeping members abreast of community goings-on.

Assign volunteers to help with hospitality, registration, venue setup, and the conference on a rotating basis. Arrive early for meetings and organise event planners to ensure that the room has adequate tables and seats for the presiding officers, audience, presenters, and activities. Set up the hospitality table and check the equipment and supplies.
